Thomas Harland

Tom was elected as Councillor for Bournmoor Parish Council between 1979-2000. He joined Little Lumley Parish Council in 1986 and has been the elected Chair ever since. Between 1988-2007, he was elected on to the District Council, of which he chaired from 2004 to 2005, becoming an Alderman of County Durham in 2006 for services to the community (before the closure of the district).
