David Secker

Hi I’m David Secker, currently Vice-Chair of Little Lumley Parish Council. Born in the 1950s and still going strong. I joined the army as a boy soldier at the age of 15 and half, then went on to working for the Home Office, off-shore and finally in retail, before retiring.

I’ve been involved in the community that we all live in, since moving from Great Lumley in 2019. Like you, I live in this community and hopefully I can make it an even better place. We as a parish council can only do it with your help.
